Hyland is seeking a Vice President, Corporate Development to lead our inorganic growth strategy, identifying acquisitions, investments, partnerships, and other growth opportunities to expand market reach and shareholder value.
Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will evaluate opportunities, build investment theses and business cases, and guide transactions from evaluation through integration, collaborating with the Board and senior leaders on strategic growth and capital allocation.
