As a Remote Vacation Planner, you'll work with clients to understand their travel preferences, research vacation options, and coordinate the details that bring their trips together.
Responsibilities:
- Research destinations, resorts, cruises, and vacation packages
- Recommend travel options based on client preferences and budgets
- Coordinate accommodations, transportation, activities, and excursions
- Prepare quotes and travel itineraries
- Communicate with clients throughout the planning process
- Stay current on destinations, promotions, and travel suppliers
What We're Looking For:
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently
- Interest in travel and trip planning
- Willingness to learn travel booking systems and supplier resources
Basic Requirements:
- Must reside in US, LATAM, Australia, UK or EU
- Have reliable access to internet
Previous travel industry experience is not required. Training, resources, and ongoing team support are provided.
