Valiant Solutions is seeking a Training, User Support & Adoption Lead to prepare AirHub users for a successful transition to the new platform. You will lead user readiness, training, knowledge management, onboarding, and support throughout UAT, Beta, production rollout, and stabilization.
Work closely with EPA business lines, Product, Quality Engineering, Communications, and external stakeholders to ensure users understand processes, receive training, and have a feedback mechanism.
