Remote Urgent Care Physician | 32h/wk + Equity

Included Health is seeking a board-certified physician with broad clinical expertise to provide care to patients across ages in a fast-paced urgent or primary care setting. You will maintain accurate records, collaborate with care teams, and participate in flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.
