Remote Underwriting Operations Leader

Kinetic is seeking a Manager of Underwriting Operations to lead an global operations team and optimize the end-to-end underwriting workflow. You’ll ensure submissions are accurately processed, spans from intake through post-bind activities, and that broker interactions meet high service standards.

You will drive data-driven improvements, automate where appropriate, and partner with Product to quantify impact and adoption. A remote-first, US-wide role with heavy collaboration awaits.
