Remote Travel Coordinator

Our travel agency is searching for friendly and professional Remote Travel Coordinators to join our team. As a Travel Agent, you should be passionate about seeing the world and helping others do the same. This role involves planning holidays, suggesting travel destinations, maintaining client files, and managing large-scale events.

In this position, your ultimate goal will be to keep our clients satisfied. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with in-depth knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations. To succeed in this role, you should also possess outstanding negotiation and sales skills.

Part-Time and Full-Time available!

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Arrange accommodation and travel services to clients including planning itineraries

*Confer with clients to determine destination, mode of transportation, apt travel dates, financial consideration, and accommodation required for travel

*Provide clients with area-specific travel information such as point of interest, restaurants, and special events

*Communicate international travel procedures such as passport, visa, and other requirements

*Imparts international travel information such as customs regulations and currency exchange rate

*Stay up to date on the latest travel restrictions

*Participate in ongoing company and vendor training

REQUIREMENTS:

*Must be at least 18 years of age

*Must be authorized to work within the US

*Must be able to effectively communicate with clients (strong sales background a plus)

*Must have a smartphone with internet access, laptop recommend but not required

*Personal travel experience is a huge plus, however not required

*Previous experience in customer service or hospitality also a plus, but not required
