About the Role
3 Dots is seeking a Remote Travel & Cruise Specialist to assist clients with travel planning and experience coordination.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys travel, communicating with people, researching destinations, and helping organize the details that go into a successful trip.
Responsibilities
Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences and needs
Assist with researching cruises, hotels, resorts, flights, transportation, activities, and excursions
Help organize trip details and itineraries
Provide destination and travel information to clients
Assist with cruise and vacation planning
Help coordinate group travel and special events
Maintain accurate client information and travel details
Follow up with clients regarding planning and trip arrangements
Communicate with travel and hospitality vendors as needed
Provide friendly, professional customer service
Assist with general travel coordination and administrative tasks
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Ability to manage multiple client requests
Comfortable using email, online platforms, and computer applications
Interest in cruises, travel, hospitality, or events
Previous experience in travel, cruises, hotels, hospitality, customer service, or event planning is a plus but not required
