To support exceptional customer service delivery, the full-time Remote Transportation Coordinator will manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls to assist members with scheduling non-emergency medical transportation needs while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service while handling escalated or complex member interactions Consult with members to understand their needs and identify appropriate transportation options Communicate clearly and professionally using strong verbal communication skills Required qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years' customer service experience in a call center environment preferred Ability to adapt and embrace new challenges Professionalism in all aspects of work Accountability to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities
