Transcribing healthcare documentation remotely, the full-time Transcriptionist will accurately transcribe and edit medical reports while maintaining data integrity and compliance with safety regulations. Key responsibilities Transcribe and edit inpatient/outpatient medical reports at a minimum of 175 lines per hour with 98% accuracy Gather and verify patient information prior to documentation completion and resolve routing issues Report safety incidents and maintain confidentiality while complying with relevant regulations and training requirements Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree or coursework in medical terminology preferred AHDI certification (RHDS, CMT, or CHDS) preferred Minimum of 3 years of acute care experience preferred
