Propelis seeks an experienced Traffic/Scheduling Manager to orchestrate scheduling, resource allocation and project workflow across multiple design teams. You will work with Project Managers, Design Directors and Group Account Directors to ensure deadlines are met, risks are flagged promptly, and resources are effectively leveled across projects.
In this role you will support quarterly business reviews, maintain KPI reporting, and help optimize workflows and communication.
