Rose Wellness Counseling is a Maryland-based, fully remote group practice serving adults throughout Maryland. We seek licensed LCPCs and LGPCs to join our team, offering the freedom to choose your own schedule and caseload while our administrative support handles the behind-the-scenes work.
Expect 16+ client hours weekly on a W-2 basis with 55%–60% splits for LGPC/LCPC. Benefits include PTO, 401(k) with 3% employer contribution, health insurance stipend, and ongoing CE opportunities.
