Bastion Health is seeking a Telehealth Primary Care Physician to join our virtual clinical network on a contract (1099) basis. Practice across the full spectrum of adult primary care in a remote setting, providing evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and care coordination.
The ideal candidate is clinically strong, adaptable, and comfortable operating within an evolving care model as Bastion Health expands services. Requires multi-state licensure and board-certification in FM/IM.
