Understanding of MadCap Flare and Sphinx is a plus.Demonstrated skill in transforming intricate information and processes into well-structured, coherent, and usable content.Robust attention to detail, ensuring a high degree of accuracy and compliance with editorial standards.Capacity to independently gather relevant information by interacting with technical experts and using self-led research techniques.A dedication to creating accessible content for varied experience levels and multicultural backgrounds.Even better if you have:A technical certification to validate abilities in an IT-related discipline, like technical writing, or relevant industry qualifications, solidifying domain competence and capabilities.Proficiency using collaborative project management and content creation tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.Experience operating inside agile software development environments and actively participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.Innate knack for troubleshooting and issue resolution to help enhance support documentation.
