FAT Karting League is seeking a Technical Remote Support specialist to provide solutions, guidance and advice for technical and operational queries raised during Karting events. Working remotely at weekends, you’ll run battery health reports, complete checklists and monitor event status using bespoke systems across UK and US events.
You will diagnose and resolve kart reliability, hardware, and software issues, escalate when needed, and support event staff with access to FKL platform services.
