Grainger is seeking a Technical Product Support (TPS) Specialist for our Material Handling Cleaning and Security product support team. You will assist customers by phone, selecting the right product and answering application questions for a large Grainger catalog.
The shift is 10:30am-7pm CST, Monday-Friday. You will document conversations, navigate multiple programs, and use your technical knowledge to resolve issues and improve service.
