Softek is recruiting for a program supporting the Department of Homeland Security, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (DHS/CISA). The program delivers AI-enabled analytics, cloud data engineering, and secure application development on CISA's AWS and Databricks platforms in support of the agency's critical-infrastructure risk mission. Work is Agile, with results demonstrated to Government stakeholders every sprint. Work is performed remotely from the contractor site with occasional travel to the Washington, DC area.
Write and maintain operating procedures, user and analyst guides, runbooks, knowledge articles, and glossaries for cloud data and analytics tools.
Produce Section 508-conformant documents, presentations, and web content.
Develop role-based training materials and support virtual training sessions.
Three or more years of technical writing for IT or data programs.
Excellent plain-language writing and editing; Experience documenting cloud, data, or AI/ML systems.
