Tailscale is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Operations professional to build and scale the operational foundation of our recruiting function. You will partner with TA leadership, Sourcers, Coordinators, and cross-functional teams to design scalable processes, optimize our recruiting tech stack, and improve analytics and reporting.
You’ll own programs from planning through implementation, support coordinators, drive automation and AI initiatives, and ensure data quality and compliance.
