Remote Support Specialist No Experience

One agency is expanding and seeking motivated individuals to join our remote team. You'll work directly with individual and families who are interested in learning about their benefit and coverage options, helping them understand what's available and guiding them through the process.

You'll work from home, manage your day virtually, and receive the training and mentorship needed to develop your skills and grow within the organization.

Your Day-to-Day

Rather than cold calling, you'll connect with people who have expressed interest in receiving information. Through phone and video appointments, you'll learn about their situation and provide guidance based on their needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

Meeting virtually with prospective clients
Reviewing individual and family coverage needs
Presenting available life and supplemental benefit options
Answering questions and simplifying coverage information
Recommending solutions based on each client's needs and goals
Assisting clients throughout the application process
Following up after appointments and providing continued support
Completing periodic reviews with existing clients
Maintaining accurate client and appointment records
Managing your schedule and working toward performance targets

An insurance license is required for the position. If you're not currently licensed, guidance is available to help you understand and complete the licensing process.
