Remote Subrogation Specialist

Responsible for managing the complete subrogation process of medical claims, the full-time Remote Med-Pay/PIP Subrogation Specialist will investigate, negotiate, and settle claims identified for subrogation potential while working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Navigate proprietary databases to process and resolve medical claims with subrogation potential Document all activities related to recovery, including conversations, correspondence, and file updates Handle medical subrogation files of moderate to high complexity with technical proficiency across multiple computer systems Required qualifications Experience in medical subrogation or related field Proficiency in basic computer programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong work ethic with a commitment to task completion Excellent time management and organizational skills for remote work Ability to manage difficult conversations and exhibit conflict management skills
