Grand Canyon University is seeking a Loan Repayment Advisor to support the University Financial Aid department and help lower the Cohort Default Rate by guiding students through repayment options. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, counsel students on repayment strategies, and maintain confidentiality while using Microsoft Office, Loan Tracker, and Jabber to manage interactions.
Remote at your location within 30 miles of campus; Arizona time hours Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm.
