Building and iterating on the core product suite — prototyping, refining, and shipping new AI-powered literacy tools rapidly
Taking complex, cross-cutting features from prototype to production with thoughtful architecture and security decisions
Improving engineering systems and practices while maintaining a high-quality, easy-to-reason-about codebase at scale
Communicating proactively with the small remote team to ensure alignment and coherence as you ship features end-to-end
What you'll bring:
5+ years of experience as a senior SWE with full- stack experience
0- to- 1 building experience;
shipped end- to- end features and carried projects from idea to production readiness
Proficiency in TypeScript or Next. js
Owned substantial parts of a codebase, can handle large- scale projects without a detailed roadmap

Familiar with Vercel deployment and serverless architecture
