TEMPORARY Staff Accountant REMOTE $46/hour Fully Remote (Preference for candidates located in NJ or PA and within commuting distance for occasional meetings) 37.5 Hours/Week | Monday-Friday Temporary Assignment: October 26, 2026 - December 18, 2026
We are partnering with a highly respected organization to identify a detail-oriented Staff Accountant for a short-term project assignment. This role will support financial reporting, supplier management, reconciliations, and process improvement initiatives while working closely with finance and procurement teams. The ideal candidate has a strong accounting foundation, excellent Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Support financial reporting, accounting activities, and reconciliations Analyze data, run reports, and research discrepancies Participate in system testing, process improvements, and special projects Provide administrative and operational support to finance and procurement teams
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field Experience with financial reporting, general ledger accounting, and reconciliations Strong Microsoft Excel and analytical skills Workday experience is a plus
