The Solution Architect is the field engineer responsible for taking projects from Sales to Service, including the deployment of Computer Aided Dispatch Systems, Mobile Applications, and Records Management Systems. The Solution Architect will own the project scope and the interfaces to be deployed.
This role works within a project team with direct customer interaction, collaborating with the project manager to ensure successful completion within Schedule, Scope, and Cost.
