Premier NX is seeking a Social Media Agent to support our Consumer Products Team on a fully remote basis. You will engage with customers across social platforms, deliver empathetic service, and uphold the client's brand voice for major brands including Danone.
The role requires at least 2 years of social media experience, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple inquiries while following SOPs.
