Mindpool Technologies is seeking an experienced Role Architect to drive architecture across the Now Platform. The role is remote with shift-based hours (2:30 PM–11:30 PM or 5:30 PM–2:00 AM) to support global stakeholders.
You will lead platform alignment with business strategy, oversee integrations, and ensure secure, scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, or ITOM modules. Strong communication and ITIL knowledge are required.
