CenterWell Pharmacy is seeking a Senior Workforce Planning Analyst to own forecasting, budgeting, and capacity planning for a centralized WFM team across pharmacy departments. You’ll improve models, standardize methods, and help define best-in-class planning for a clinical pharmacy operation.
You’ll partner with Operations, Finance, HR/Talent Acquisition, Training and vendors to ensure executable plans, lead monthly reviews, and mentor analysts.
