Key responsibilities Provide technical leadership and mentorship to system administrators and engineering staff Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex infrastructure issues and coordinate cross-functional teams Design and implement enterprise virtual desktop solutions while maintaining Azure Virtual Desktop and Citrix environments Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline Five years of relevant systems administration or enterprise infrastructure experience Experience administering Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Experience supporting Windows Server and enterprise virtual desktop environments Experience using ServiceNow for IT service management
