A well -established, multi -state restoration services provider is seeking a Senior Project Manager <\/b> to lead complex commercial mitigation and reconstruction projects across the Southeast. This individual will operate remotely in the Atlanta market during early -stage market expansion, with future transition into a physical office environment.
<\/p>

This role is designed for a high -level operator who can manage large losses, drive project execution, and maintain strong client relationships across projects ranging from $50K to $2M <\/b> .

Key Responsibilities <\/b><\/span>
<\/h2>

• Oversee full lifecycle management of commercial mitigation and reconstruction projects
  <\/li>
• Manage project scopes, budgets, timelines, and subcontractor performance
  <\/li>
• Lead estimating efforts using industry -standard platforms and methodologies
  <\/li>
• Coordinate mitigation, reconstruction, and transition phases seamlessly
  <\/li>
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders
  <\/li>
• Ensure documentation, compliance, and reporting meet industry and company standards
  <\/li>
• Drive profitability through cost control, scope accuracy, and operational efficiency
  <\/li>
• Support regional growth initiatives and help establish operational presence in new markets
  <\/li><\/ul>

  Required Experience <\/b><\/span>
  <\/h2>

  • Proven experience managing commercial restoration projects <\/b> in the $50K–$2M range
    <\/li>
  • Strong background in both mitigation and reconstruction <\/b>
    <\/li>
  • Demonstrated expertise in estimating (Xactimate or similar platforms)<\/b>
    <\/li>
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast -paced environment
    <\/li>
  • Experience working with insurance carriers and adjusters
    <\/li>
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
    <\/li><\/ul>
