Supporting the VA ESOM contract, the full-time Remote Senior Program Analyst will manage the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), analyze program data for insights, and coordinate with stakeholders to align CMDB processes with organizational goals. Key responsibilities Maintain and manage the CMDB, ensuring accuracy and integrity of configuration item records Analyze CMDB data to identify trends and develop reports and dashboards for stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CMDB processes with organizational objectives Required qualifications Proficiency with CMDB platforms (e.g., ServiceNow or equivalent enterprise ITSM tools) Experience with data analysis, data quality management, and reporting tools Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets Familiarity with federal IT program management and contracting processes Willingness to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance
