Remote Senior Manager, RCM – Urology

OneOncology is seeking a Sr. Manager, RCM (Urology) to lead day-to-day revenue cycle operations for the Practice Specialty. You will oversee pre-bill, EDI and AR teams, collaborate with staff and leadership, and implement sustainable workflows to protect financial health.

You will hire and coach team members, develop staffing models, and drive denial reduction via root cause analysis and cross-functional alignment. This role is remote with national scope.
