Samsara is seeking a Senior Implementation-focused Senior Customer Success professional to guide enterprise customers through onboarding, adoption, and renewal of our IoT solutions. The role is fully remote in the United States (excluding certain metro areas) and includes travel up to 10% to customer sites as needed.
You will own the customer relationship, collaborate with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering and Product, and ensure successful deployment and ongoing value realization for customers
