Remote Senior Director, Clinical Operations — Rare Kidney

Renasant Bio is seeking a Director or Senior Director of Clinical Operations to build and lead the organization’s clinical execution framework. This role covers end-to-end operations as programs evolve from discovery into IND-enabling activities, overseeing CROs, vendors, and global sites.

The ideal candidate will create scalable processes, align internal and external partners, and drive progression of rare kidney disease programs with Genomics-driven patient identification.
