Base pay range
$24.03/hr - $28.83/hr
Overview :
- Oversee and manage full billing processes ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness for pediatric mental health services
- Review and reconcile patient accounts for correct billing codes, payments, and adjustments
- Monitor accounts receivable and coordinate with families to establish individualized payment plans
- Manage complex billing issues: denials, appeals, discrepancies using project management approaches
- Serve as liaison between families, therapists, and internal teams (management, Patient Family Advisors, Eligibility Specialists, engineering) to resolve billing and insurance issues
- Provide financial counseling and support for families navigating insurance complexities
Requirements :
- Physician billing experience
- Experience working remotely
- Experience with commercial insurance companies
Schedule/Shift :
Monday - Friday
9am - 5pm EST
