BenchPrep is seeking a Staff/Senior Accountant to support the finance team. You will maintain accurate financial records, prepare reports, analyze data, and ensure regulatory compliance while contributing to budgeting, forecasting, audits, and process improvements.
Reporting to the Controller, you’ll handle reconciliations, journals, AR/AP, and billing with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate has 3–8 years in accounting, solid GAAP knowledge, and strong communication skills.
