Provide specialized psychological services through telehealth and direct support in educational settings as a full-time school psychologist. This contract position involves working itinerantly across three schools located in nearby communities, enhancing student well-being and learning outcomes through assessments, consultations, and interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments
- Deliver telehealth services to support student mental health and academic success
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Offer guidance on behavior management and intervention strategies
- Support crisis intervention and prevention efforts within school environments
- Travel regularly between three schools to ensure consistent and accessible service delivery
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid school psychologist license required
- Experience providing telehealth services in educational settings preferred
- Strong understanding of child development, learning disabilities, and behavioral challenges
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse student populations and school staff
- Ability to manage caseloads across multiple locations efficiently
