To ensure consistent operational coverage across remote operations, the full-time Remote Scheduling Coordinator will develop, publish, and maintain schedules for internal technologists while coordinating staffing needs and addressing scheduling conflicts remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Creates and maintains monthly schedules for remote technologists using scheduling software
- Coordinates with leadership and staff to ensure appropriate coverage and resolves scheduling conflicts
- Monitors daily staffing levels and responds to unexpected changes, ensuring minimal workflow disruptions
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Three years of related experience strongly preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and clerical skills
- Ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders, including technologists and management
