UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join Optum NM. This role is remote in Albuquerque, NM with optional onsite remote flexibility near the office. You will schedule patient appointments, verify insurance, and support clinical teams to optimize clinician capacity.
The role requires strong customer service, familiarity with EPIC, and the ability to work 8:00 am–4:30 pm MST with occasional overtime. Paid training and supporting benefits are provided.
