Zohorecruit is seeking a Salesforce & Amazon Connect Consultant (Fractional) to deliver hands-on integration and configuration between Salesforce Voice/Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect for a client engagement. This remote contract role focuses on architecture, integration, and deployment.
You will lead assessments, implement Lambda/API integrations, support testing and go-lives, and provide knowledge transfer to the client team. Up to 20 hours per week over about 2–2.5 months.
