To enhance the performance of the Remote Sales organization, the full-time Remote Sales Trainer will develop and facilitate engaging training programs, support onboarding initiatives, and create effective training materials while working remotely. Key responsibilities Facilitate virtual training sessions for onboarding, sales processes, and ongoing development focused on improving sales effectiveness Design and develop scalable training content, ensuring alignment with brand standards and operational processes Analyze training effectiveness and sales performance trends to identify areas for improvement and reinforce accountability through coaching Required qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 3+ years of high-performing sales experience and/or direct sales training experience Experience supporting remote or virtual sales teams Strong skills in developing training materials and facilitating presentations Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
