Pave America is seeking a proactive Sales Trainer to empower our sales teams and estimators across the country. You will lead hands-on PavementSoft training, enforce standard operating procedures, and help teams convert leads into accurate, profitable estimates.
You will onboard new staff, develop training materials with the Center of Excellence, and support adoption and SOP compliance during site visits and client interactions. This role requires up to 70% travel.
