**Remote Sales Representative Work From Home Leads Provided**

Jackpot Recruiting is currently hiring Remote Sales Representatives on behalf of one of our client companies.

We are looking for driven, personable individuals who are confident communicating with customers and motivated by a performance-based environment. You do not need to come in as a sales expert. Training and ongoing support are provided.

This is a **fully remote position** with **no door-to-door sales and no traditional cold calling**. Leads are provided, allowing you to focus on speaking with interested prospects, presenting solutions, and closing business.

### Responsibilities

* Connect with prospective customers by phone and Zoom
* Follow up with company-provided leads
* Present products and services clearly and professionally
* Guide customers through the sales process
* Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects
* Track appointments and sales activity
* Attend virtual training and coaching sessions
* Work toward individual performance goals

### What We’re Looking For

* Strong communication skills
* Professional and comfortable speaking on camera
* Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
* Willing to learn and take coaching
* Comfortable working independently from home
* Reliable internet connection
* Computer with webcam
* Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
