$65,000.00/yr - $195,000.00/yr
Pay structure
1099 commission structure with bonuses and renewals paid monthly. We’ll provide the training, mentorship, and tools—including access to quality lead sources.
Responsibilities
- Work inbound, qualified leads—no cold calling
- Guide families toward the right protection plan for their needs
- Build long‑term client relationships through follow‑up and service
- Stay compliant with simple company and state standards (training provided)
- Set your own goals and grow at your pace
Qualifications
- Driven, self‑motivated individuals who want to be their own boss
- Strong communication and people skills
- Sales or customer service background helpful but not required
- Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one (we’ll help you)
