Two Tides Life & Financial is growing, and we’re looking for motivated people who want the flexibility of working remotely, the opportunity to earn based on their performance, and a career with real room to grow.

You do not need prior insurance experience. We provide training, mentorship, and a proven sales process to help you get started.

Our agents work with families who have already requested information about life insurance and financial protection solutions. Your role is to connect with those families, understand what they’re looking for, explain their options, and help them find a solution that fits their needs and budget.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with prospective clients who have requested information
• Conduct virtual appointments by phone or video
• Learn about each client’s goals and financial protection needs
• Present life insurance and financial solutions
• Help clients through the application process
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients
• Manage your own schedule and sales pipeline
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship

A life insurance license is required before you can write business. You do not need to already be licensed to apply. Candidates who are selected can receive guidance on completing the licensing process.
