About the Role
We are looking for a sales advisor who is able to service our existing clientele in a 100% remote setting. Sales advisor is provided leads and resources. This means NO cold calling and NO prospecting.
Responsibilities
- Enrolling Essential Workers in permanent insurance benefits that stay with them regardless if they’re employed, quit, or retire from their jobs.
- Customizing programs to fit each family’s needs.
- Working in a team setting to acquire real life sales experience as well as receive presentation, organizational, and direct communication experience.
Qualifications
The Ideal candidate would be:
- Comfortable with a remote setting
- Strong Communication skills
- Service-minded
- Coachable
Compensation
$70,000–$85,000+ on average first year agents
Top performers have the opportunity to earn substantially more through commissions, bonuses, and leadership advancement. Experience in sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, athletics, military, or leadership is a plus, but not required.
