3E is seeking a Manager, Customer Implementation to lead a U.S.-based team of five to six professionals delivering SaaS implementations. Reporting to the Senior Director of Customer Implementation, you will drive delivery excellence and a high-quality customer experience.
You will coach and develop your team, remove roadblocks, and stay close to the work by supporting strategic multi-product implementations across regions, including ERP data migrations and AI-enabled workflows.
