SAP Junior Technical Support EngineerRemote role with a duration of 12 months. The interview process is one round, virtual/online. The contract duration is 12 months with a possibility for extension.
Work location is remote with some travel quarterly for meetings. Candidate location: Candidate must reside in the Eastern Time Zone.Required Skills (Rank in Order of Importance)Years of experience with SAP ECC HR modules, including system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting to optimize SAP HR system workflows to support automation and reduce manual processes.Years of experience with state HR/payroll processes, data privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA, FLSA), and regulatory compliance frameworks.Years of experience in data validation, integrity monitoring, and issue resolution across HR systems.Years of experience in advanced reporting and dashboard development using SAP tools, Excel, and Power BI.Years of experience in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and collaborative tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).Years of experience with role-based access control (RBAC) and position-driven system access configuration.Preferred Skills (Rank in Order of Importance)Familiarity with IT security standards and compliance frameworks, including NIST 800-53, FISMA, and SC InfoSec policies.Experience with IT implementation projects.
