Vaya Health is seeking a Physical Health Registered Nurse to perform clinical reviews for appropriateness and medical necessity, determining service authorization needs using standard criteria. This remote role operates Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm EST and supports weekend/holiday coverage in rotation.
You will review requests for inpatient admissions, home care, and other services, document decisions in MCIS, and coordinate with providers and internal partners.
