The full-time Remote RN Float will provide critical support to field teams by assessing urgent patient needs, implementing care plans, and ensuring seamless transitions in care during high-stress situations. Key responsibilities Utilize crisis management skills to assess and address urgent patient needs Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and field staff needing immediate support Conduct chart auditing and assist in post-hospital outreach to prevent readmissions Required qualifications Current and valid RN license allowing practice across state lines Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in emergency or critical care Availability to adjust shifts flexibly based on staffing needs Ability to communicate calmly during high-stress situations Strong organizational skills and dedication to patient safety
