You will review clinical cases, engage prescribers, document encounters, and push each case to resolution with strong clinical judgment and persistence.
Ideal candidates hold an active RN license with multistate privilege, 2+ years in medication management or care coordination, and a track record of high-volume outreach across multiple EHRs.
