Supporting enterprise risk adjustment programs, the full-time Remote Risk Adjustment Coordinator will coordinate chart retrieval projects, manage provider communications, and maintain documentation while working remotely. Key responsibilities Coordinate chart retrieval projects and ensure records are routed to appropriate resources Monitor and manage the central risk adjustment mailbox, routing correspondence to relevant associates Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for providers regarding risk adjustment programs and related applications Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 3 to 5 years of experience in Healthcare, Claims Processing, Administrative, or Provider Relations Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Claims or Managed Care environment Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access, and MS Word Basic understanding of medical coding and health information data
